Meet Your Host, Lauren!
Hi, I’m Lauren — wife, mom of three, pediatric healthcare professional, and host of The 31Her Podcast.
I’m here to help women rediscover strength, purpose, and peace — one heart, one home, one season at a time.

Becoming a mom reshaped everything. In the midst of the endless feedings, doctor visits, and diaper changes, I realized something wasn't right — not just in my body, but deep in my heart. I felt called to come back to myself, but the “bounce-back” culture only left me more disconnected.
How could I bounce back to a body that had now changed?
I was no longer the exact same woman I was before—I was different. My body was different—but stronger somehow. And that different version of me was also wiser, intentional, and more feminine. Softer. Self-aware.
As a clinician, I was a nurturer by trade, but motherhood awakened a gentleness in me I had long tucked away—dimmed down by the demands of the world I lived in. How could I go back to who I was before, when I now knew more of who I really am?
Birthing my children revealed a strength rooted deep within me. Like the blue flame of a fire—steady, controlled, and powerful—I discovered I was safe, whole, and fully equipped to be the woman God called me to be.
After years of reconnecting with scripture I had learned as a child, stamina-building workouts, and realistic wellness practices, I found a rhythm. Slowly, I began to feel like home in my own skin again. This body that housed little lives that now brighten my world. It felt like something new—but yet familiar. That’s when 31Her was born — a space for heart-first women to rebuild in body, mind, and spirit.
